GenoSafe is a CSO active in the field of advanced therapies, specialised in the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of gene and cell therapy products.

From research stages to clinical phases, we propose to our customers a real partnership in the conception, the development, the validation of analytical methods and in performing studies.  We focus on the following major axes:

• Customised molecular studies: biodistribution studies and shedding, measure of gene expression (relative and absolute), specific sequences detection….
• Control of preclinical and clinical viral vectors batches
• Immunology: characterization of immune responses (inflammatory, humoral or cellular)
• Design of customised cell lines using viral vectors for gene over-expression or gene silencing
• Characterization of cell lines (including stem cells) : identity, viability,potency
