Cathy Turner

Communication and dissemination officer for the BIO-NMD project

Cathy Turner joined the BIO-NMD project in April 2010 as the communication and dissemination officer. She will be responsible for maintaining the BIO-NMD website and ensuring that information regarding the project is kept up to date and disseminated effectively to partners, patients and other interested parties.

Cathy has a background in journal publishing with Elsevier Science and Emerald Insight and has been working as a science teacher for the past 5 years. She has a degree in biochemistry, a post-graduate teaching certificate and a Masters in Business Administration.
